Sometimes life can become a little stressed, all you want to do is to find out how can you achieve all you need to do and still have time to enjoy life.

So many things to do in a single day to achieve your goals or just to get a paycheck!

Tips to simplify your life and nobody told you before.

There is no big secret here that most of the people who have accomplished all they wanted to in life, mostly is because they learned how to get organized and find out how to have time to do everything they need to do.

Learning the art to know what is important and what is not might do the difference in your life.

If you go to Social Media and you spend half of your day, there are more probabilities that you will lack of time to do all you need to do that day.

So, the secret here is to jump in better habits that can bring you more free time, so you can use it the way you would love to and not feeling guilty.

There are two type of things you need to do everyday, first are things you need to do as wake up, get dressed, get some breakfast and go to work, in case you have children, you need to take care of your family too.

Once you get at your work, you might have already a routine of things to do everyday, learning the art to know what is important and what is not, will save you lots of time and you will be working on things more productive soon.

Can a planner be your secret weapon?

Well, I could say, in time when you learn how to use it, it might become your best friend.

Take it with you all the time.

You might have your main planner at home or at your office where you have everything to set your life and things you need to do to accomplish your goals.

But you might want to get a smaller planner to carry it with you always, so if anything comes up, you can write it down at the moment and you won’t forget it.

Fall in love with your planner.

Your planner will be part of your life, pick one you love, the size, the color, the layout, take the time to find the right one.

Let it talk to you, anytime you work on it, if you need to write on some different color to stand out, just do it.

If  you love to use stickers to stand out something, go for it, make your planner as personal as you want to.

Make it your information central.

Names, addresses, budgets, goals, appointments, everything must go on it. Don’t let anything skips it, the more you use it, you will get your mind freer.

Any time you need to get some information, you will find it on your planner.

Make a daily “To do list”

Keep a to do list for every day with task you need to work on, so you can get everyday all your work done.

Remember yourself.

Remember to keep some time for yourself, you can schedule some free time to do some activities you love or just to take a relax moment for yourself, you work hard everyday, you deserve it!

  1. Hi Alejandra,
I love this idea of a daily planner. I know in the past when I have got things written down and I am checking them off at the end of the day there is no better feeling of accomplishment. And it is good to write things down so your brain is basically not cluttered trying to remember.

With 3 children I have to remember things for them as well and its tough when I have things myself to remember. I think you just gave me permission to not only have my phone on me but a planner as well. Very inspiring and will be a good help as well. Thanks!
    Cheers Sharon

  3. Hi Alejandra
Great tips, I love the point to fall in love with your planner and to take it everywhere with you. I have a motivational planner, and I do love it. It’s got some tasks to do each month, motivational quotes and some other features I like. But I don’t carry it with me all the time. I also don’t do to do lists for every single day. A room for some improvement I guess.

  4. Getting organized is what exactly I need this year. If I don’t write down my to-do list for the day, I’ll drift off doing unproductive stuff like checking emails for hundreds of time for the day. I used to keep a physical notebook for that but these days I stick to sticky notes apps to do the job.
