It doesn’t matter if you want to achieve a small goal or a big goal, you need to work on it the same way.
No more wishes in the air and no more little pieces of paper that will get lost on your desk in the next hour.
When you get a “formal” layout to write your goals and you write it down clear and specific with a date, you will see how as you work to achieve it, it will become true.

Make 200 to 500 dollars more in the next 30 days.
Exercise 30 minutes in the next 30 days.
Study 30 minutes a new language in the next days.

Once you have a clear goal to work on, it’s time to make a to do list to make it happen.
When you have the goal to lose 5 k in the next 30 days, you will might have been given a diet to follow from your doctor or from your health professional.
You can make the to do list to cook the healthy foods you have on your list, you will know also what kind of food to get from the store.
You can make a cooking to do list for the each week.
As loosing weight goes hand in hand to increase exercise, you can also make a to do list for your exercise, whether you’ll start with a 15 minutes walk or you will do a different type or exercise.
Don’t miss anything on the to do list, it will help you to know exactly what you need to do to achieve this goal.
You will need to do the same thing for any other goal you want to achieve.
It’s time to talk about the tasks you’ll be working on to achieve your goal.
If you’ll be working to lose some weight, you might need to learn how to prepare more healthy food at home. You might need to write down to learn how to cook healthy food.
Yes, the same food we all love to have at home can be prepared in a better and healthier way, we all need to learn how to do it.
You might also need to learn how to make better choices when you go to the store to get your groceries for the next week.

Changing habits will help you to achieve your goals.
