Many good things happen everyday around you, sometimes we can be so busy, it’s hard to take a moment to notice the good around us.
A gratitude journal will help you to look at the good around you.
As I write this article it comes to my mind a few things going on at this present moment around the world (I don’t want to say “many”), 5 minutes watching the news on TV and makes me to realize how grateful I am to be here at this moment.
Enjoy the simple things of life.
Many people live with the desire of the “perfect dream life” maybe the “royal lifestyle” or maybe the “millionaires lifestyle” but even they have daily duties to work on.
To live our life the best way we can will help each one of us to enjoy every moment.
The pourpose of writing a Gratitude Journal is to notice all the good that happens everyday in our lives and be happy about them.
When you start noticing good things happening around you, you will notice more and more things will happen to you.
Where you focus on, it’s where your energy goes.
Have you noticed about someone you know who talks about bad things happening to him or her all the time, and everyday he or she comes up with more bad news about his or her life.
And you might have noticed also, how come some people are always happy and every time you meet them, they tell you their lives are good and many good things happening to them always… and sometimes hard times strikes their lives but they find the way and they are strong enough to get back to their happy lives again in just a couple of days.
Well, it’s time to break that habit, this is why a Gratitude Journal will help you to jump into a good habit.
It will take just a few minutes to work on it.
You only need to write down one to three good things that happened to you or you noticed today on your Gratitude Journal.
